So Door and window security are covered in other sections but also here, this section is more aimed at what can be done to increase the level of security of your home, older types of windows and doors both wooden and UPVC may not have the level of locks to meet insurance requirements. A free security survey of your premises will enable us to give you details of what (if any) areas need work.
Many people believe they are secure but if you are unfortunate enough to be burgled then if your insurance company sends out an assessor and it is found that you have not met the requirements of your policy then your cover will not be valid and your claim will be rejected.
